Nose

Fresh cedar and brown sugar open into buttery caramel and honey. Floral hints of honeysuckle lift the aroma before ripe cherry moves to the foreground.

Palate

Toasted oak and rich corn sweetness are layered with marzipan and stone fruit. Honeyed cereal grain adds roundness, while subtle baking spices build on the back palate.

Finish

Balanced and complex. Stone fruit, creamy brown sugar, and sweet molasses linger as measured notes of clove and black pepper bring the experience to a close.
